I dissolved the yeast in lukewarm water. I added sugar, oil and then sifted flour and salt over them. I kneaded an elastic dough and left it to rise for about 30 minutes.
After it grew, I spread a "blanket" of approx. 4-5 mm high and I cut circles.
I strained the peaches well from the compote juice. I didn't throw it away because I needed it later.
I placed thick slices of peach on half of each piece of dough, then covered the fruit with the other half. I placed them in the ceramic bowl of the Crock-Pot 4.7 l Digital slow cooker, which he lined with baking paper beforehand.
Here I needed the juice from the compote to grease the pillows. Instead of butter or egg, compote juice is ideal when it comes to fasting. I sprinkled a little brown sugar on each pillow and let them rise for another 15 minutes.
I set the "low" function for an hour and baked the pillows. In the next hour I set the high function to lightly brown them.
They are very good. They can be a pleasant snack even for children.
Melon and peach nectar

Ever since I know myself, the 6 months of winter have been and are like a torment for me, because I always dreamed of melons and juicy fruits. Not long ago, just a few months ago, I longed for the warmth of the sun and especially for the fresh aromas of juicy fruits of all kinds. It is the middle of August and every day we have to caress our taste buds with seasonal delicacies.

- 1 watermelon 3-4 kg
- 3-4 browned peaches
- 2 sprigs of fresh mint
- ice for the end
All are passed through a juicer with worm shaft, by cold pressing, manually or automatically. It can be consumed immediately with many ice cubes or it can be kept in the refrigerator in a glass container for 2 hours. However, I insist on drinking it on the spot, necessarily lying on a sunbed in the warm sun! Those who read the recipe from work already dreamed, right? Enjoy the summer!

Method of preparation
Because we are in the period of fasting, I try to come to your aid with some recipes that are only good for this period.
All ingredients must be at room temperature.
In a cup put the dry yeast, a teaspoon of sugar and 2 teaspoons of flour and mix them by adding 100 ml of warm water. Cover with a towel and leave to rise for about 10 minutes.
Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon and orange peel, then make a circle in the middle and pour the leavened yeast. Knead by hand, adding the oil towards the end. We finish kneading when the dough no longer sticks to our hands.
Cover and put in a warm place away from drafts for 1.5-2 hours.
Remove the dough on the work table lined with flour and spread it with the rolling pin.
Mix the raw sugar with the cinnamon in a small bowl and spread this mixture over the dough.
Roll the dough and then cut it into 8 equal parts and let it rise for another 30-40 minutes.
Line the ceramic bowl of the 4.7 L Crock-Pot slow cooker with baking paper and place the snails in the bowl.
Cover with the lid provided, connect the Crock-Pot to a power source, set the cooking mode & lsquoLow & rsquo and select the time to 2 and a half hours (time can be selected every 30 minutes).
Remove the snails with the baking paper from the ceramic bowl and leave for a few minutes, then remove the baking sheet and place them on a plate.
Grease the snails on top with a light icing powdered sugar and orange juice.
