Mashed potatoes

I thought that next to the brisket there is a puree, and my elders eat it well and easily. Good luck .. who doesn't know how to prepare it ??? but I'll tell you my version too ..

  • 1.5 kg of potatoes
  • salt
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 50 ml oil

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


Peel the potatoes, wash them well, cut them into quarters, put them in a pot, add enough water to cover them. Add the whole onion and the garlic clove, season with salt, cover the pot and let it simmer, frothing from time to time. When the potatoes are cooked, remove the onion and garlic clove, then strain and mix well with the mixer, adding hot milk and oil (and if necessary, add water from the potatoes). Mix well until it becomes fluffy and creamy.

The puree is ready to be served. Good appetite !
